Jiangsu Redsun Textile Co.,Ltd located in nantong city, jiangsu province, PRC, from shanghai pudong airport to our factory need 2 hours, mainly focus on home textile including comforter sets, bedding sets, fitted sheet, bedspread, bed in bag, coverlet.
Fabric use on products including microfiber, satin, flannel, sherpa, velvet, cotton, T C and C V C.
From the gray fabric woven and till dying or printing, we have professional technical man responsible for it.
Factory process includes inspection fabric, cutting, sewing, quilting, inspection and package. First process is fabric inspection, machine check all fabric. We have 50 sewing workers, 12 single quilting machines and one automatic cutting machine, so capacity is very high.
For inspection we have 12 persons, as we do lots of amazon goods, we are very concerned about quality. For package, we have vacuum pack machine, so that we can compress big comforter to very smaller and save transport fee for customer, we also have filler machine to match persons and very stronger team to service big customer.
We have our own design team, label design person, package design person, quality control system, most important we have good price. Our company had attended canton fair and Frankfurt fair every year.
