We also have aging chamber, Drop test Machine, Simulation transportation machine,Vibration testing Machine,the TV signal board and many other electrical test tools.Our QC team will use these testing euipments to control our quality from raw materials to assembled TV packages.

If there is any problem with the TV quality itself during the warranty period, Changhong will replace new parts for you. If there are major problems, Chaohong will provide you with a new TV for free.
If the TV problems caused by human forces,like broken panels. Not within the warranty terms.
